Dynamax Technologies Secures Strategic Channel Marketing and Distribution Agreements with Advanced AV and Multi-Media Solutions

Leading Digital Signage Solutions Provider Aggressively Expands
North American Channel Strategy and Indirect Sales Model through Deals
                        with High-Profile VARs
LAS VEGAS--(Business Wire)--
Dynamax Technologies Ltd., a global leader in digital signage
solutions, today announced it has signed strategic channel marketing
and distribution agreements with two of the audio-visual (AV)
industry's most successful, well-respected value-added resellers
(VARs), the Advanced Technologies Group (ATG) business unit of West
Chester, Pa.-based Advanced Audio Visual Sales, Inc. (Advanced AV) and
Alcoa, Tenn.-based Multi-Media Solutions, Inc. (MMS).

The two deals, part of Dynamax's ongoing worldwide channel partner
recruitment and marketing strategy, significantly expand its growing
roster of resellers, distributors, and systems integrators throughout
North America. In addition, the agreements increase the reach and
effectiveness of the company's indirect model for selling its
software, technologies, and services to end customers in multiple
vertical markets.

Tom Nix, vice president and general manager of Dynamax
Technologies, LLC, the company's North American subsidiary, announced
the contracts today at InfoComm 08, June 18-20, 2008, at the Las Vegas
Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev. InfoComm, the largest
international trade show and conference dedicated to the professional
AV industry, annually brings together more than 31,000 manufacturers,
integrators, and experts from around the world to view, find, and
discuss new ways of inspiring audiences through innovative AV
experiences and technologies.

"The identification and recruitment of high-quality,
well-connected channel partners with extensive digital signage
experience and knowledge is absolutely critical to the company's
aggressive growth strategy, and to achieving robust sales and business
development objectives in North America," said Nix. "Without question,
Advanced AV and Multi-Media Solutions are two of the AV industry's
most distinguished VARs, with each possessing a vast amount of
expertise in the design and deployment of digital signage
installations, and the clientele to match. As a result, these two
proven companies will play a major role in elevating Dynamax's
presence in the marketplace, and boosting the company's sales and
distribution capabilities of its flagship software application, POV."

Founded in 1985, Advanced AV is a full-service reseller and
systems integrator of AV products, services, and solutions for
companies in the Mid-Atlantic region of the United States. The
company's Advanced Technologies Group (ATG) business unit, headed by
Vice President and General Manager Kris R. Vollrath, specializes in
the design and delivery of sophisticated information technology
(IT)-centric AV solutions, with significant expertise in digital
signage deployments. Advanced AV President and Chief Operating Officer
(COO) Jay Armand is chairman of InfoComm International.

Led by President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mike White,
governor-at-large of InfoComm International, MMS is a nationwide
reseller and systems integrator of AV products, services, and
solutions with deep digital signage domain experience.

"The Advanced AV-ATG team is very impressed with the flexibility,
scalability, and functionality of Dynamax's full-featured content
management platform, POV, and the company's deep commitment to selling
its solutions through qualified, trusted channel partners," said
Vollrath. "As the industry is well aware, not all digital signage
software applications are created equally. That said, the addition of
POV to Advanced AV's portfolio will enable the company to take its
digital signage business to the next level, while offering clients the
very best products and services in this sector. Advanced AV looks
forward to working with Dynamax representatives in accelerating
broader acceptance and adoption of digital signage networks in
out-of-home environments."

"For world-class digital signage software applications,
Multi-Media Solutions found an ideal provider and partner in Dynamax
Technologies, which has been a pioneer in this sector for over a
decade," said White. "Multi-Media Solutions' customers are constantly
requesting more powerful and sophisticated applications to manage
today's next-generation digital out-of-home media networks. Now, the
company can provide the very best offering in this area, as well as
sterling service, consulting, and technical support."

Dynamax is the only vendor committed to providing channel partners
with competitive, differentiated, and channel-friendly digital signage
solutions, and the sales and marketing support to win creative and
technical customers. As the digital signage industry continues to
grow, Dynamax's new partner-centric strategy, robust portfolio of
product and services, and comprehensive channel marketing support
firmly position the company to increase revenue generated through
indirect sales.
