ROCHESTER, N.Y.--(Business Wire)--Sutherland Global Services, a leading multi-national Business

recognized by The Outsourcing Institute for outstanding thought
leadership in outsourcing.

A whitepaper entitled "The Inconvenient Truth About Caring for
Customers" authored by Sutherland's Vice President for Enterprise
Accounts Tom Topolinski, was voted first in the IT category in the
inaugural Best Outsourcing Thought Leadership (BOTL) Awards which were
held recently in New York City.

Outsourcing Institute CEO & Founder Frank Casale stated, "Our
members are seeking compelling content that is relevant and that will
help them do their job better - this piece authored by Sutherland does
just that."

The Outsourcing Institute's award evaluation was based on the

the style and clarity with which the information was presented.
Sutherland won top honors in the Information Technology category with
exceptionally high points for relevance and influence.

Sutherland's Topolinski has been in the technology field for more
than 30 years. The whitepaper, "The Inconvenient Truth About Caring
for Customers," highlights the impact of changing customer
