Synchronica signs second global agreement for Mobile Gateway within two weeks

New global reseller agreement for Mobile Gateway with one of the world's top
five IT services companies will further accelerate market penetration

Synchronica plc, the mobile email and synchronisation company, is pleased to
announce that it has signed a worldwide reseller agreement with one of the
world's top five IT services companies for its award-winning mobile push email
and synchronisation technology, Mobile Gateway.

The agreement takes the total number of distribution or licensing contracts
signed by the Company in the past six months to three. This deal is in addition
to an agreement announced on 6 February 2008 with Brightstar Corp, a global
leader in distribution and supply chain solutions for the mobile industry.

The latest deal establishes another channel and will help Synchronica to further
penetrate the global market for mobile email, which is expected to grow rapidly
over the next five years, led by the emerging markets. "All forecasts point to
emerging markets as the breakthrough area for mass market mobile email. The
number of mobile phone subscribers in developing countries has almost tripled in
the last five years, and they now account for more than 58 percent of
subscribers worldwide", Carsten Brinkschulte, Synchronica CEO, comments.

Under the terms of the latest deal, the global IT services and systems
integration company will market the mobile email and synchronisation product
Mobile Gateway as part of a standard solution to mobile network providers in
more than 40 countries worldwide. Synchronica will derive licensing fees based
on subscriber numbers.

Commenting on the agreement, Carsten Brinkschulte said: "Synchronica is building
strong momentum with major industry providers as mobile email becomes a mass
market application that can be used by anyone with access to a handset. Our
latest reseller agreement for Mobile Gateway is with one of the world's largest
and best known IT brands and a great endorsement for our product. With this
agreement we are further expanding our reach into the global market and laying
the foundation for long term growth."
