PharmaNet Development Group, Inc., a global drug development services company,
that enables PharmaNet to offer Phase Forward`s InForm electronic data capture
(EDC) solution to PharmaNet customers worldwide. PharmaNet provides a
comprehensive range of services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, generic
drug and medical device industries that includes clinical trial data management.
