MEMPHIS, Tenn., May 17 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Through the first-ever
Eagles for St. Jude online auction, golf enthusiasts have a unique opportunity
to go inside the ropes of the PGA TOUR as the Pro-Am caddie for either World
Golf Hall of Famer Vijay Singh or pro golfer Camilo Villegas. The Eagles for
St. Jude auction for the caddie experience with one of these golf greats
begins May 18 and concludes May 28. All proceeds from the Eagles for St. Jude
auction will benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital(R), the premier
center for the research and treatment of pediatric cancer and other
catastrophic childhood diseases.
Fans also have the chance to own an authentic PGA TOUR or LPGA Tour golf
bag autographed by Vijay Singh, LPGA star Morgan Pressel or Camilo Villegas.
Other exciting opportunities up for bid include two tickets to experience
Aretha Franklin, the "Queen of Soul," live at the Peabody Hotel on Friday,
June 6 of the Stanford St. Jude Championship followed by an overnight stay at
the historic Peabody Hotel.

This online auction is just one way in which Singh, Pressel and Villegas
are supporting St. Jude through Eagles for St. Jude this season. Eagles for
St. Jude is a program created by Stanford Financial Group during its inaugural
sponsorship year of the Stanford St. Jude Championship out of the desire to
provide a season-long fundraising component for St. Jude. For each eagle
carded on the PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour, Stanford donates $1,000 per eagle to St.
Jude. In addition, PGA TOUR professional Singh, who serves as the Eagles for
St. Jude ambassador, has committed to donate $5,000 for every eagle he makes.
He is joined by other individuals, companies and golfers who have made
commitments to the program, including Villegas and Pressel who have committed
$3,000 and $1,000, respectively, for each eagle they make. Eagles for St. Jude
is also supported by The Golf Channel, which provides season-long updates and
