Molina Healthcare of California Names Richard Bock, MD as Chief Medical Officer

LONG BEACH, Calif.--(Business Wire)--
Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH) announced today that Richard Bock, M.D. has
been promoted from medical director to chief medical officer of its wholly owned
subsidiary, Molina Healthcare of California. Dr. Bock will be responsible for
oversight of the medical management functions of Molina Healthcare of
California, including utilization management, quality improvement,
credentialing, pharmacy, health education, and risk management activities. 

"Dr. Bock has demonstrated exceptional leadership as the medical director for
the California plan and will bring the same dedication and energy as he takes on
the responsibility of overseeing the clinical operations," said Lisa Rubino,
president of Molina Healthcare of California. 

Prior to joining Molina Healthcare of California, he was with several healthcare
organizations in Southern California including Optichart Consulting, Prospect
Medical Systems, Medeor Systems, Adventist Health System Foundation, Access
Choice and FHP. Dr. Bock obtained his medical degree from the New York Medical
College and a master`s degree in business administration from University of
Redlands in California.
