Mechelle Childs to Lead Customer Care for Growing Online Collaboration Provider
PHOENIX--(Business Wire)--
iLinc (AMEX:ILC), a leading provider of web and video conferencing software and
online collaboration services, has named Mechelle Childs to lead Customer
Experience for the Company. Childs comes to iLinc with over 20 years experience
in customer care for technology companies. With iLinc`s customer satisfaction at
over 85 percent, Childs` mission is to continue to improve these ratings, as the
company further expands its SaaS web conferencing and video conferencing
offerings. Her skills in strategic process and system design have improved
service delivery and supported organizational growth for numerous technology and
telecommunications companies.

"Over the past several months, iLinc has implemented a series of strategic moves
to elevate our service and dedication to customers," said James M. Powers,
President and CEO for iLinc. "Having this critical function now under Mechelle`s
leadership will serve to accelerate our goal to provide industry-defining
service to iLinc web conferencing customers at a time when demand for web
conferencing continues to grow and more organizations turn to iLinc for their
online collaboration needs."

Most recently, Childs served as Director of Technical Services for Lumension
Security Corporation, a leading global IT security management company. Prior to
this, she was the Manager of Customer Care for Rockford Corporation, a leading
publicly-traded audio electronics, speakers and accessories company. Childs also
managed the Customer Center for AT&T Customer Financial Services.

"Joining iLinc represents a natural and exciting opportunity given the rapidly
growing web collaboration space the company is well-positioned in," said Childs.
"And for a SaaS company, listening to and retaining customers is key. Companies
that have better customer experience management capabilities, along with a
strong customer orientation, enjoy a decisive competitive advantage."
