Shares in Carlyle Capital Corporation suspended
AMSTERDAM, March 7 (Reuters) - Shares in Carlyle Capital Corporation CARC.AS(CCC) were suspended on Friday according to the Dutch market regulator, pending an additional statement from Carlyle.
Earlier on Friday Carlyle said it may face cashflow problems after receiving substantial additional margin calls and default notices.
Shares in CCC, a Dutch-listed affiliate of private equity firm Carlyle Group, lost more than half of their value on Thursday, closing at a level of $5, after starting the day trading at levels of around $11.5.
