Sept 17 (Reuters) - Following are security developments in Iraq at 0830 GMT on Wednesday.

RAMADI - A leader of a U.S.-backed Sunni Arab neighbourhood patrol was killed when a bomb attached to his car exploded in Ramadi, 100 km (60 miles) west of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb killed a policeman and wounded five people, including three policemen, when it exploded next to a police patrol in east Baghdad’s Zayouna neighbourhood, police said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb wounded three people in central Baghdad’s Karrada district, police said.

BAGHDAD - Iraqi police found the body of a civilian in Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - A roadside bomb wounded six people, including three soldiers, when it struck an army patrol in eastern Baghdad, police said.

TAL AFAR - A roadside bomb wounded four civilians when it struck an army patrol on Tuesday night in Tal Afar, 420 (260 miles) northwest of Baghdad, police said.

BAGHDAD - Four people were wounded, including a policeman, when gunmen threw a grenade at a police patrol in Mansour district in western Baghdad on Tuesday, police said.

MOSUL - Gunmen shot dead a student in Mosul on Monday night, police said.

MOSUL - A roadside bomb wounded two policemen when it exploded near their patrol in Mosul on Tuesday, police said.
