Thai Union Frozen sees 2008 revenues up 12 pct

BANGKOK, Feb 27 (Reuters) - Thai Union Frozen Products PCL TUF.BK, Asia's biggest canned tuna exporter, said in a statement on Wednesday ait expected 2008 revenues to rise 12 percent as tuna product prices rose.

TUF, whose "Chicken of the Sea" brand accounts for about one third of earnings, reported $1.6 million in revenues for 2007. ($1=32.19 Baht) (Writing by Viparat Jantraprap; Editing by Michael Battye)
