Thai court rules against ruling PPP party; bans leaders

BANGKOK, Dec 2 (Reuters) - Thai judges ordered Prime Minister Somchai Wongsawat's ruling People Power Party disbanded on Tuesday after it was found guilty of vote fraud.

The Constitutional Court also barred the party's top leaders, including Somchai, from politics for five years. (Reporting by Chalathip Thirasoonthrakul; Writing by Darren Schuettler; Editing by Alan Raybould)
