Thai Hot Stocks-Index lowest since late May; energy shares slide

 BANGKOK, June 23 (Reuters) - Thailand's benchmark stock
index .SETI was down 2.8 percent at 565.78, having hit
563.54, its lowest since May 29, in turnover of 5.2 billion
baht ($152 million) at 0340 GMT on Tuesday.
 Stocks on the move included:
 ENERGY SHARES AT LOWEST IN NEARLY A MONTH
 The energy subindex .SETEN dropped 3.9 percent to its
lowest level since May 26, led by PTT Exploration and
Production PTTE.BK, which slid 5.4 percent to 122 baht, and
PTT Chemical PTTC.BK, which lost 4.3 percent to 50.25 baht.
 Oil fell below $67 a barrel on Tuesday, after a fall of
nearly 4 percent the previous day, as renewed worries over the
uncertain outlook for major economies sparked a sell-off across
global equity markets. [O/R]
