Thai Land & Houses sees 2008 revenues up 10-15 pct

BANGKOK, Feb 6 (Reuters) - Land & Houses LH.BK, Thailand's biggest developer, said on Wednesday it expected its 2008 revenues to rise 10-15 percent as consumer spending revived and it began new projects.

It would start 14 projects costing 13-14 billion baht ($395-$425 million) this year and planned to spend 4 billion baht this year on buying land, executive Adisorn Thananun-narapool told Reuters.
