India's Wockhardt says to buy France's Negma Lerads

MUMBAI, May 3 (Reuters) - Indian drug maker Wockhardt Ltd. (WCKH.BO) said on Thursday it had signed an agreement with France's Ifrah Finance S.A. to acquire French pharmaceutical group Negma Lerads S.A.S for an undisclosed amount.
