Daiichi to make open offer for Zenotech Labs

MUMBAI, June 11 (Reuters) - Japan's Daiichi Sankyo (4568.T) will make an open offer for 20 percent of Zenotech Laboratories Ltd (ZENL.BO), following Daiichi's decision to buy controlling stake in Ranbaxy Laboratories (RANB.BO), the latter said on Wednesday.

Ranbaxy has a 46.95 percent stake in Zenotech. (Reporting by Bharghavi Nagaraju; Editing by Prem Udayabhanu)
