 NOTE: MphasiS Ltd (MBFL.BO), majority owned by U.S. firm
Electronic Data Systems Corp EDS.N, is a software and
back-office services provider.
 The year ago numbers exclude EDS India.
 EDS owns about 61 percent of MphasiS after buying a
majority stake for $380 million in 2006 and then completing the
merger of its Indian arm with MphasiS last year.
 A Reuters poll had forecast a net profit of 756 million
rupees on revenue of 6.4 billion rupees.
