Cadila gets US nod for carvedilol tablets

MUMBAI, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Drug maker Cadila Healthcare Ltd (CADI.BO) said on Thursday it had received the U.S. Food and Drug Administration's approval for carvedilol tablets in multiple strengths.

The company launched the blood pressure drug in the United States on the first day of approval, Cadila said in a statement.
