India's Essar Oil to spend $60 mln in Vietnam block

MUMBAI, March 4 (Reuters) - India's Essar Oil (ESRO.BO) has won an exploration and production block in Vietnam and will invest $60 million, the company said in a statement to the stock exchange on Tuesday.

At 0705 GMT, the company's shares were down 5 percent at 228.65 rupees in a weak market. (Reporting by Himangshu Watts; Editing by Ranjit Gangadharan)
