India's ONGC signs MoU with Australia's Arrow Energy

MUMBAI, Jan 14 (Reuters) - Indian state-run oil and gas explorer Oil & Natural Gas Corp (ONGC.BO) said on Wednesday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Australia's Arrow Energy (AOE.AX) for cooperation in the coal-bed methane block sector.

Under the deal, the two companies would jointly participate in Inda and abroad for exploration, field development and production of coal-bed methane blocks. The deal also covered sharing of knowledge, experience, and transfer of technology.
