-- As of early October, banks in Ho Chi Minh City have raised 542 trillion dong ($33 billion), 27.2 percent more than the same period a year ago.
-- ACB Real Estate Co, controlled by Asia Commercial Bank ACB.HN, would open a real estate trading floor in the fourth quarter of this year after winning approval from the Construction Ministry.
