HONG KONG, May 6 (Reuters) - Hong Kong stocks opened slightly
lower on Tuesday, tracking regional losses, with oil-related
stocks such as PetroChina (0857.HK) and Sinopec (0386.HK) leading
the slide as crude prices hit a record.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI opened down 0.38 percent
at 26,084.61 points while the China Enterprises Index of Hong
Kong-listed mainland companies .HSCE, or H shares, had fallen
0.53 percent to 14,548.49 as of 0204 GMT.
Shares of PetroChina, which Goldman Sachs earlier on Tuesday
downgraded to "sell" from "buy" amid widening refining losses as
crude oil prices rise, slid 1.16 percent in early trade.
Sinopec's stock fell 2.07 percent.
