HONG KONG, April 14 (Reuters) - A unit of Swire Pacific (0019.HK) is selling $300 million in 10-year bonds at 230-240 basis points over mid-swaps, a source close to the deal said on Monday.

The sale by Swire Pacific MTN Financing is expected to price early in the week, the source said.

The deal follows in the heels of last week's sale of $300 million in five-year bonds by power-generator Korea Southern Power Co (KOSPO). (Reporting by Rafael Nam; Editing by Anne Marie Roantree)
