UPDATE 1-Lifestyle International shares suspended -HKEx

HONG KONG, June 13 (Reuters) - Trading in shares of Hong Kong-based retail operator Lifestyle International Holdings Ltd (1212.HK) was suspended on Friday, the Hong Kong exchange said. The suspension was pending the release of an announcement in relation to a substantial acquisition, the company said.

No further details were immediately available.

Shares in the company have dropped nearly 40 percent so far this year, lagging a 16 percent drop in the benchmark Hang Seng Index .HSI.
