Agile Property secures 10 bln yuan credit line

HONG KONG, April 6 (Reuters) - Chinese real estate developer Agile Property Holdings (3383.HK) said on Sunday it had secured a 10 billion yuan ($1.46 billion) credit line from the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (601398.SS)(1398.HK).

With the new credit line, which has a term of three years, the company's total credit facilities exceed 20 billion yuan, Agile said.

Shares of Agile have risen 28 percent so far this year, against a 1.1 percent rise in the broader market .HSI. (US$1=HK$7.75=6.834 yuan) (Reporting by Donny Kwok; editing by Jonathan Hopfner)
