-- China Huiyuan Juice Group (1886.HK) said its chairman had no intention of cutting his stake in the juice maker.

-- China mainland sportswear retailer 361 International plans to raise at least US$200 million in an initial public offering in Hong Kong to fund its move of adding 1,500 outlets, expanding its network to 7,000 by the end of the next year.

-- China Windpower (0182.HK) plans to invest 5 billion yuan in 10 windpower plants this year, of which 80 percent of the funding will be from bank loans, and each windpower plant will take at least seven years to break even, CEO Liu Shunxing said.

-- The Hong Kong government is set to soon announce a suspension of kindergarten and primary schools in the territory with effect from Friday as new flu H1N1 influenza spreads.
