ICBC says quake only small impact on loan portfolio

HONG KONG, June 5 (Reuters) - Industrial Bank of China (ICBC) (1398.HK) (601398.SS), the world's largest bank by market value, said on Thursday that the Sichuan earthquake had only a limited impact on its loan portfolio.

The bank said Sichuan province accounts for 2.8 percent of its loan portfolio.

ICBC also said it plans to be the world's most profitable bank in five years.
