CCB expects tighter net interest margin in H2
HONG KONG, Aug 27 (Reuters) - China Construction Bank (0939.HK), one of the country's four big state-run lenders, said on Monday it expects its net interest margin to narrow in the second half of the year on expectations that lending rate increases will lag rises in deposit rates.
Bank Chairman Guo Shuqing said he expects the bank's second-half net interest margin to narrow to about 3 percent, from 3.11 percent in the first half.
