Chairman Wang Jianzhou told reporters that the company was also in talks with Motorola (MOT.N) and Sony-Ericsson on the supply of dual band handsets.

China Mobile will increase capital expenditure next year with focus on improving coverage in rural areas, an effort to compensate slower growth in cities, Wang added. (Reporting by Joanne Chiu; Editing By Keiron Henderson)
