Shareholder sells stake in China's Kingsoft-term sheet

HONG KONG, July 9 (Reuters) - An unidentified shareholder of Chinese technology and software firm Kingsoft Corp Ltd (3888.HK) is selling 82.5 million shares of the company, a term sheet seen by Reuters showed.

The Kingsoft shareholder is selling its shares in the price range of HK$5.20-HK$5.50 per share, an 8 percent to 13 percent discount to the firm's closing share price on Thursday.

HSBC HSBL.A (0005.HK) is acting as the sole bookrunner for the sale, the term sheet shows. (Reporting by Alison Lui; Editing by Jacqueline Wong)
