Inergy announces Chief Financial Officer has been elevated to Executive VP

Co announced Phillip L. Elbert has been promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer of Inergy Propane. R. Brooks Sherman, Jr., Chief Financial Officer, has been elevated to Executive Vice President.
