Indonesia Bayan's $529 mln IPO approved - regulator

JAKARTA, Aug 5 (Reuters) - Indonesian capital markets watchdog, Bapepam, has approved a plan by coal miner PT Bayan Resources Tbk to raise $529 million through an initial public offering, the chairman of the agency said on Tuesday. (Reporting by Harry Suhartono, editing by Sara Webb)
