A mob attacked houses and a petrol station in Southeast Minahasa regency, part of North Sulawesi province, protesting at the preliminary results of the local election which were announced on Friday by the local election supervisory agency.

Indonesian toll road operator, PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR.JK), said it will sign a 2.8 trillion rupiah ($306 million) loan to raise funds for the construction of Jakarta's second outer ring road.
