- INDOCEMENT TO REDUCE EXPORTS ON INCREASING DOMESTIC DEMAND

Indonesia's second-largest cement maker, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk (INTP.JK), said it will scale down cement exports further and redirect supply to the domestic market.

- PERTAMINA INCREASES NON-SUBSIDISED FUEL PRICE

Indonesia's state oil and gas company, PT Pertamina, said it will raise the price for industrial fuels by up to 4.3 percent starting Thursday in response to increasing international oil prices.

- BAKRIE SUMATERA TO EXPAND OIL PALM PLANTATIONS

Indonesian plantation company, PT Bakrie Sumatera Planations (UNSP.JK), plans to add 50,000 hectares (123,600 acres) of oil palm plantations by 2010 with an investment of $260 million, president director Ambono Janurianto said.

- NATIONAL SINGLE WINDOW TO BE IMPLEMENTED ON DECEMBER

The National Single Window, a system aimed at integrating services for importers, will come into effect in December at four sea ports including Jakarta's Tanjung Priok and Medan's Belawan, also at Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, said the head of the system's technical team.
