Indonesian state-owned construction company PT Waskita Karya said it has delayed its initial public offering until the middle of next year from the second semester this year due to poor market conditions.

Indonesia's third-largest listed coal miner, PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA.JK), said it has acquired 51 percent of PT International Prima Coal, a coal miner in East Kalimantan province, with 45 million tonnes of coal supply.

Indonesia's fourth-largest lender, PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI.JK), said it has approved a 584 billion rupiah ($64 million) debt restructuring for South Sulawesi-based cement maker PT Semen Bosowa.

Indonesian government will consider reducing state-controlled subsidised fuel prices if global oil prices decline further and reach $100 per barrel, according to Evita Legowo, director general of oil and gas.
