Indonesia's largest- and third-largest mobile phone operators, PT Telekomunikasi Selular and PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk (EXCL.JK), have appealed a ruling by the antitrust agency, KPPU, alleging they were involved in a cartel in the industry.

Indonesia's state-owned plantation company, PTPN VII, is seeking to raise between 1.2-1.5 trillion rupiah from the initial public offering of its shares to expand its business.
