consolidated results of PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk
(PTBA.JK) for the three months ended March 31, 2009.

 NOTE: State-owned Bukit Asam, which has a market
capitalisation of $1.86 billion, is Indonesia's third-largest
listed coal miner by market value. The company is aiming to
boost its sales by 13 percent to 14.5 million tonnes in 2009.
