Indonesian coal miner PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA.JK) wants to buy a 17 percent stake in coal miner PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO.JK) from shareholders Goldman Sachs (GS.N), Citigroup (C.N) and hedge fund Farallon, President Director Sukrisno said.
