- BOSOWA GROUP PLANS IPO SOON

Diversified Indonesian company, Bosowa Group, which is owned by the family of Vice President Jusuf Kalla, plans to list 30 percent of its shares to help finance investment in a new cement plant with a capacity of 2.5 million tonnes a year, the group's founder Aksa Mahmud said.

Mitsubishi (8058.T) Corporation and Japan Petroleum (1662.T) Exploration, have extended $215 million in loans to an Indonesian energy company, PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG.JK), to develop an energy block in East Java, Energi said.
