KUALA LUMPUR, April 13 (Reuters) - Malaysia's mobile phone operator Axiata Group (AXIA.KL) will be in a position to start paying dividends in 2011, a local newspaper reported on Monday quoting the company's chief executive officer.

"I'm not declaring this but in 2011, as a total group, we will be cash positive. So we will be in a position to do that," said Axiata's Jamaludin Ibrahim.
