MOSCOW, July 14 (Reuters) - Russia's Sberbank (SBER03.MM), a partner in the Magna-led (MGa.TO) bid for Germany's Opel, said a July 15 deadline to seal a deal for the carmaker was not firm.

"Right now there is new information every day about the talks. They are intensive talks and I would not be bound by a July 15 deadline," Chief Financial Officer Anton Karamzin told a conference call.

"There are a lot of sides in this process and we can expect news every day."

He declined to give figures either for Sberbank's contribution to an Opel bid, or the cash sum offered by the Magna-led group, saying the numbers under discussion were not yet final. (Reporting by Melissa Akin)
