RPT-Kuwait reviews $19 bln petchem jv with Dow-agency

KUWAIT, Nov 26 (Reuters) - Kuwait state oil company said on Wednesday it was reviewing a $19 billion petrochemicals venture with U.S. firm Dow Chemicals (DOW.N) in view of a downturn in the global economy, Kuwait's official news agency reported.
