Investmen firms bids for Pareil Au Meme chain

PARIS, March 10 (Reuters) - Investment firm H Partners Distribution said on Monday it was launching a bid for children's clothes retailer Du Pareil Au Meme DPAM.PA at a price of 40 euros per share.

It said this offered a premium of 61.2 percent to the Bourse price of March 7, when it had a market capitalisation of 60.5 million euros ($93.12 million).

H Partners wants to obtain a majority of at least 51 percent and accompany the company's growth plan.
