"Production will span every stage of the process -- roasting the green coffee, extraction and sublimation, deep freezing and vacuum drying," the regional administration said in a statement.

The factory will produce Jacobs Monarch, Carte Noire and Maxim brands of the coffee, while Maxwell House and Jacobs Aroma will continue to be imported from Western Europe, the statement said. (Reporting by Denis Pinchuk; Writing by Simon Shuster; Editing by Quentin Bryar)
