Qaeda leader threatens Swedish firms over cartoon
DUBAI (Reuters) - The head of an al Qaeda-led group in Iraq said his group would attack major Swedish companies if Sweden did not apologise over cartoonist Lars Vilks' drawing depicting the Prophet Mohammad.
"We know how to force them to withdraw and apologise, and if they don't, they can wait for our strikes on their economy and giant companies such as Ericsson, Volvo, Ikea....," said Abu Omar al-Baghdadi in an audiotape posted on Saturday.
