ZURICH, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Swiss drugmaker Roche Holding AG (ROG.VX) said on Tuesday it had agreed to out-license the non-prescription rights to anti-obesity treatment orlistat outside the United States to GlaxoSmithKline Plc (GSK.L).

Roche retains all rights to the prescription version of orlistat and continued to market it under the brand name Xenical 120mg, it said in a statement.

Roche will receive an upfront payment from Glaxo. Terms were not disclosed.

The two companies have also agreed to settle all arbitration procedures related to licensing and co-marketing blood pressure treatment carvedilol, Roche said.

The Swiss company will make an undisclosed payment to Glaxo for which sufficient financial provisions have already been made.
