Egyptian Resorts to give cash, share dividends

CAIRO, April 24 (Reuters) - Egyptian Resorts (EGTS.CA) will distribute a dividend of 0.20 Egyptian pounds per share and one free share for every four held, the company said on Thursday. The shares have a nominal value of one pound.

Shareholders in Egyptian Resorts, which has extensive land holdings on the Red Sea coast, approved the dividend in a general assembly meeting on Thursday, a company statement said.

No further details were given.

Shares in Egyptian Resorts last traded 3.2 percent up at 8.6 pounds. ($1 = 5.38 Egyptian pounds) (Writing by Aziz El-Kaissouni; Editing by David Holmes)
