Five U.S. soldiers killed in Iraq - military

BAGHDAD, July 26 (Reuters) - Five U.S. soldiers were killed in Iraq over the past two days, the military said on Thursday.

It said three Marines and one sailor were killed on Tuesday during combat operations in Diyala province north of Baghdad. Another soldier was killed by small arms fire in southern Baghdad on Wednesday, the military said.
