SIRTE, Libya, Oct 27 (Reuters) - The Sudanese government declared on Saturday a unilateral ceasefire in Darfur with immediate effect, Khartoum's top negotiator at peace talks in Libya said.
"We announce a ceasefire from this moment, and we will respect it unilaterally," presidential advisor Nafie Ali Nafie told the gathering.
