Aeffe, Elizabeth Arden in perfume deal

MILAN, Jan 28 (Reuters) - Fashion holding company Aeffe (AEF.MI) has entered a licensing agreement with cosmetics company Elizabeth Arden (RDEN.O) to launch a perfume by Italian designer Alberta Ferretti, Aeffe said on Monday.

Aeffe said in a statement the debut fragrance was planned to launch in the spring of 2009. Cosmetics and skincare products would then follow.
