MADRID, Nov 6 (Reuters) - The following Spanish stocks may be affected by newspaper reports and other factors on Friday. Reuters has not verified the newspaper reports, and cannot vouch for their accuracy:

Industrials

IBERIA (IBLA.MC)

The Spanish airline's potential merger partner British Airways (BAY.L) is due to release third quarter results on Friday.

CRITERIA (CRIT.MC)

The investment arm of savings bank La Caixa said on Thursday net profit excluding one-off items rose 9 percent to 970 million euros, underpinned by a positive performance from its main holdings. [nMDT008768]

Criteria is holding a conference call at 1000 GMT.
